in case of a person fails to pay alimony to his wife due to non income, what is the maximum imprisonment and fine he will have to pay? I belong to India please answer in the context of hindu marriage act. Thank you.

The order alimony can be executed like a civil court decree. Besides a jail term, you defence in any other collateral proceedings may be struck off on account of non-payment of maintenance amount.
