Legal Question in Family Law in India

Regarding a case after receiving a summon I have to go High court but I want to take someone along with me inside the High court. I does not have a advocate so

Q1-How would it be possible? Can a state lawyer help in this regards?

Q 2 - If Yes then how to contact the State lawyer?

( As the respondent is Me and State)

please guide me.

you will have to engage a lawyer. If you can't afford to engage a lawyer you can contact legal aid cell (legal service authorities) in the court.

you may contact the state lawyer as the chamber of state lawyer is there in the court complex itself. you may approach the facilitation centre for assistance.
