Legal Question in Family Law in India

In my case Supreme Court ordered for divorce under section 13B to be taken in the lower court. And both the parties with mutual consent agreed to withraw all the cases against each other. We have filed the order copy in the lower court for divorce but the other party never appears on the dates. Can the case be one sided and divorce be granted under section 13B.?

without consent 13B cannot be decided. but if supreme court has ordered then you may file case of contempt in supreme court for not appearing.
