case transfer

There is a Divorce case running in Pune , My sister is in Banglore she cant come to pune for case can the case be transferred to Banglore .

Pl. let us know the procedure

The may be transferred to Banglore or to any other nearby area. However, one may need to approach the Supreme Court of India for out of State transfer. For within State but out of District, you may approach the State High Court.

You've got to file a Transfer Petition in the Supreme Court for this. The Divorce case will be transferred to Bangalore.
