in my case my wife file false fir, domestic violence, dowry demand. if all the alligation will proove falce in court then
Q1 could she does not got any maintenance?
Q2 if i filed divorce on cruelty bases after that then could i have to liable to pay any type of maintenance to her?

Yes, maintenance you will have to pay, even after divorce; till either she is remarried, or she is paid permanent alimony as may be settled by the court; or mutually settled by both of you.
