Legal Question in Family Law in India
My case is as follows
(i) my wife leave me in nov�10 due to my disability(80% handicapped) after 4 month of marriage and registered false case of dowry against me then police quashed the matter after paid 6 lakhs of Rupees to her.
(ii) Then I asked her for the divorced, she denied to give divorce. After 6 months she married to another guy without obtaining divorce.
(iii) Then, I filled the divorce case in june-11 and got (x-party about this she don�t know) the divorce on ground of her second married in april,12.
(iv) I registered the police case against her in jan,12 that she married another guy without obtaining divorce. Then she file crpc 125 (false maintenance case) and Divorce case against me in feb,12 in same court from where I got x-party divorce.
(v) Now police has been completed investigation (takes 4 months, jan-april) and collects all evidence of her second married. Now police may arrest her.
My question is should I tell to police about my x-party divorce which final a week ago if I not then what will happened about crpc 125 case & divorce case whose first hearing in last week of April please suggest me immediately. I will be highly obliged. what should i do?

Yes you should disclose about your divorce and get both the cases dismiss.
yes you can submit your documents to the police and court and your both the cases will be closed even you may file case of mental harassment and demand heavy penalty.
