My cases ( 125 & DV) have been refered to Mediation cell by the court as requested by husband.

Q1- I want to know the procedure of Mediation cell and wat precaution shall I take in Mediation as my husbnd is very clever? does they record our statement?

Q2- Also my husband has threatend me tht he wud file sect3 of DowryPA on me?kindly tell me wats tht and how it can effect me as mine is true case?

Q-1 : Yes, they may record your statement. You need to be very careful. It may be better if you are accompanied by some family member or your lawyer. Try to reach an amicable settlement,if that can satisfy you.

Q-2 : Do not worry about the threats given by your husband. He may hardly cause you any harm under Section 3 of Dowry P.A.
