challenge of divorce?

Brief facts

1.muslim couple, husband presents with a deed of divorfce in 10rs stamp paper , bought in X state , notorized in Y state , typed in the month of jan. and then made correction manually and made it march. Place of execution was typed as delhi and manually corrected as jaipur.

DVA and 498A pending ,

can i challenge this deed of divorce in court as i do not accept it as valid divorce bcz no grounds are made as per quranic laws.However irrecinciliable difference is cited as the reason of divorce in the deed . I did not sign the deed, however space for my signature is left blank. Also, i want to tell that husband claims that wife took khula , and presents with a deed of divorce, are the two things contradictory? and can be challenged? please expain in details

You may pursue your remedy in the court; it may be difficult to predict the result though.
