but what are the chances if one has done second marriage after 90 days of divorce, does high court confirm the divorce decree of lower court which has been obtained on merits u/s 13 (1)(1a) of hma by proving that the wife was guilty of cruelty and it has been proved in lower court that she had filed false police complaint against husband .does high court confirm divorce decree on the basis that husband has remarried before receiving notice of appeal and after 90 days of divorce. can u suggest some good divorce lawyer who can wind up divorce case in short time practising at punjab and haryana high court

Madam, The high court will go through the evidence and records and see whether the decision granted by the lower court was right, further if the appeal is filed in time within the period of limitation and the appeal is allowed, the lower court order is set aside than the second marriage becomes invalid and Void. For the decision on this point of the supreme Court refer Supreme Court Cases 2002 (2) page 73.
