Can you change the family court if you are residing somewhere else even though your spouse has an objection and initially it was filed in a court the place where you got married.

Yes,by way of transfer petition in Supreme court if transfer is from one state to another state.

transfer of a case can be sought from one court to another and even from one State to Another State. depend upon availability of grounds with the person seeking transfer. for appropriate opinion, you should provide complete facts.
