you can either continue with her previous intial . if you want to change her initial then you have to get an affidavit for change of name sworn before the magistrate and then get paper publication of notice to that effectdone

At present you are the Guardian of the chaild in the eye of law. You cant adopt the chaild and can change the sur name of the child by filing proceedings Petition before the concerned Mandal Revenue Officer.

If you want her to continue her father's name, she may do so. However, if you want her to have your name, you can change her name by swearing an affiodavit to that effect before a Magistrate, and also by publishing the change of name notice in newspaper.

if you want to have your name as an initial with the girls name then you need to affirm an affidavit before the magistrate with the needful papers i.e. your marriage certificate etc.

Your question seems to be inappropriate. Firstly, please clarify your status; are you step-father or father of the child?? Secondly, do you want to change initials or addition of your surname as surname of this child?

we very much respect your regards. you have married the child's mother and thereby you have acquired the status of the father of the child. but legally you need to adopt the child. when you that autoatically you can also make a prayer in the same case to alter her initials to that effect.

You can change the initial of the child by swearing affidavit before the Magistrate and thereafter through Adovcate publish the same in the newspaper informing the public in this regard.

firstly make an adoption of child as per law and then by public notice and also by swearing the necessary affidavit in this regard for changing the initial of the child being daughter of yourself.
