Legal Question in Family Law in India
i have been charged with 498A,323,342,406,34ipc,314DP act.the charges made are false.the girl went back after 8 months of marriage by stating that wants to go to meet mother and her father took her back.while she and her father told that she will rejoin me after 15 days,but after 15 days she didnt returned back and by misguided by others she started blaming.now after approx 3 months these charges have made against me and my family including my sister who is married and lives separately and have no concern with.girl was from jharkhand and boy was from chandigarh.she has filed case against in jsr court inspite of no jurisdiction as per my knowledge ,while we had never gone to jsr in life and this marriage was through net .and as per my knowledge the place where the marriage has taken place or where the couple last resided should be under jurisdiction.what can be done to get out of these charges and to save me and my family from these false charges.how this case can be handled wisely.please guide,its urgent.(pl tell a good advocate in jsr and in chd who can really handle this case aggressively)
