Are chat records on gmail considered as proof in court? If Yes, What can be done if someone deny that it's not his/her chat records?

yes it can be record. If he/ she did not agreed then cyber crime police will search everything.

it needs to be proved that the ID belongs to that person only and this can be done with the help of IP address. you may seek help of cyber crime cell.
