i was cheated by the girl

and her father and i got married in 2008. since then the problem exists. when i queried about their fraudulent acts,her father andshe started to threaten me and my family members by lodging false complaints of dowry and otherwise. To the extreme her father threatened that he will murder me by engaging henchmen or himself. they are not willing to come for settlement nor divorce. a male child has born which is of 2 years.now for the past 2 years we are living separately.

What is your advice? i am willing to live a new life. my age is 33.

Ragu: Your facts are too short to provide you any worthwhile guidance. If the problem had started right from the day of marriage, there was no occasion for you to have a child.

Try to settle the matter out of court. The result of any litigation will be uncertain. You may end up in wasting lot of money and time.

if amicable settlement is not possible you may file a petiiton for divorce by hiring a advocate and issuing legal notice.

Have mutual consent divorce or settle with your wife, shed ego and talk to them and finalise and start new life.
