Hi I have got cheated in my marriage Girl had Vitiligo (White Spots) on her body from last 1 year before marriage and i came to know after marriage and its untreatable and it will cover full body slowly. I have just stayed with her for 3 days after marriage and i came to know 3rd day only.now i want divorce from her please advice.

See, you can'y file a divorce petition within one year of marriage. You can file a petition for annulment u/s 12 (1)(c) of H.M.A. I want to know whether you had sex with her or not? Concealment of vital fact is a ground for annulment and the court will see the nature of the disease which should be such as the petitioner can't be expected to live with her. For detail--

it is not possible coz vitiligo may be treated and court may not consider this option but you may try for annulment.

Secondly if u will go for divorce then you have to wait for one year.
