First of all you cant. Secondly what actually you are going to get from that. The question here is that do you want to continue with the relationship with your wife or not?

Well, it seems that if you want to file a case of cheating, it means you do not want to continue the relation with her. So, the option os to file a divorce case on the grounds of Adultery.
