my actual sir name mula but lack of some knoweledge my father mentined that chinnamulaso we want to chenge our sir name as mula what is the procisere?

you will have to officially make an application to the office of government gazette giving the reasons for name change. As per the procedures you will have to prepare and give a declaratory Affidavit stating the valid and appropriate reason and also will have to publish advertisement in two local newspapers about the change of name.

furnish an affidavit before executive magistrate or change of surname and also give public notice in daily newspaper of the locality.
