can i see my child ? can i get back my valuable items which at present with my husband

The answer may depending upon several other factors. However, yes, you are entitled to see your child and also return of all your items irrespective of their value. In legal terms your items are known as your "istridhan". You are entitled to recover your "istridhan" also through the local police.
