If a child is born illegally will that child would be having equally rights over his fathers property.
I have a client who is going through a worse situation she is 30 years now her mom was married to a different guy later that female got to know who is the real father and that female is in touch with her real dad.will she be able to claim her rights over her real fathers property.

your post is deficient of material facts. what is the status of her mother now. is she still married to the other guy who is not father of the girl or she has divorced him. in case the child was conceived from natural father and later the mother married another guy, the girl would be considered daughter of the other guys and not natural father. the position of law is clear in this case. even though the wife conceived the child otherwise than her husband, still the child is successor of the other guy n not the natural father. do mention all the facts.
If your client can prove her blood relation with that person then she will have equal right and can claim.

I think Mr. Rajiv Gupta has correctly clarified the situation and you need to clarify the facts more. Your facts would be more clear if you would give the dates, be it may marriages or your birth.
An illegitimate child is entitled to inherit his/her father's property as per Hindu law.
