Child custady
Dear law guru
please guide me.
1. That i got married in 2000 and brought mt wife and one year old child touae in 2001.
2. After geting her a job in a company she divorced me and hided my child some wjere in india and came back alone.
Now after six years she wants that i should give her noc to bring the child to uae and wants complete legal custady of child with maintenace of the child.
3. The writ petion for custady of child with hebious corpus is pending in highcourt in up since four years and they are not attending the same and have been sucesful to dismiss the same by bribing the munims to go unto default and now not attending the recall order of the petion as they have moved out all the paperes..
4serch warrent under section 97 is also pending in india aginst her and otheres who have hided the child some where in up or bihar.
5. Please let me know if she files a case for custady of child in uae shall be maintainable witwhen the cases are pending aginst her in india. What line of action i should take for custady of child.? Regards tpr
