Please help. Child custody case.
I am going through divorce, domestic voilence and sec 498a /406 cases, from last 2 years.
Neither my wife, nor his lawyer was comming from last 2-3 dates. I filed another case of child custody for my son
When court sent summons to her parent's house ( she was living with her parents ), her parents refuse to take summons by saying that she is now not living with them and they do not know her present address as they have disowened her.
Please help , what to do.
