Child Custody

Dear Sir,

I am Christian, staying in Gujarat. I was married as per Christian marriage act, and having a boy child of 4 years aged. Right now I have filed a petition in Court for divorce with mutual consent. But as per the petition the child will be with my wife.

Please let me know under which grounds and reasons can I get the custody of my child as per

Christian marriage act. Your immediate action is awaited.
