Dear Sir/Madam,

i ws divorce on 2nd Feb 2007(against my will whatever i accept that ) we have a two years old Son with his mother now..recently she got her 2nd merriage and living abroad..i am quite tense about my son and i want him back ..we have a mitual divorce..and as my son was one ans half years old in time of divorce i agreed to have my X wife request to have her our son but as now she is merried with another person with in 6 months of our divorce i wan my son back for i am really worried about the treatment he may got from aother man..i am not merried afte the divorce till now..my x wife n her second husband with my son livin in Australia...plz help me guide me to the legal procedure so that i can have my son back..with out him i can not live...he is two years and one month old now..

You can file an application for custody in view the CHANGED SITUATION. However, you will need to show adequate arrangements available with you to bring up the child sans his mother.

apply to courts for custody but u have probably given custody to her so engage a good lawyer
