I am a Hindu brahmin and had liven relationship with a Bar dancer and she had already filed a reply that she is prostitute
I had filed for my female child custody on ground of welfare is there adequate provision in India law to have custody of my child

It is required to be know as to (1) what is the age of daughter (2) Are you married or you had illicit relations.

How you can say that you are father of the chid. Have you got any DNA test report. You have also not diclosed where the bar dancer has filed the reply admitting herself as prostitute. For answer to your query the above information are must
