I love my wife very much. unfortunately she left my house and she is residing with her parents.though i tried to convince her to come back to, our house her parents ,all of my efforts are in vein. I love her very much. we want to live together with our children. but due to her regidness iam forced to live alone. My son aged 8years is residing with my wife.She is not allowing me to talk to my son.i need both wife and my son. guide me to proceed leagally. what is the rate of success of my case if proceeded leagally.

you can file a case for restitution of conjugal rights in which you can seek visitaion rights to see your son

Your rate of success will increase tremendously if you try to forget "legally" but take steps required for the purpose at family level.
To begin with, you may shower her with your love and respect by sending letters, cards and gifts on all possible occasions.
You may also send her money, VOLUNTARILY, for her support as also child support as per your standard of living.
The issues may take time to settle down. You need to do some soul-searching and find out the reasons of her departure.
A genuine attempt may bring fruitful results.
