Child Custody
My marriage is a year old.
My baby is 6 months old.
If I get seperated from my husband, who will the baby be with, till the time the custody issue gets solved legally.
Extra info: We got married in a gurudwara (a sikh temple). We haven't yet gotten our marriage legally registered.

The baby has to be with you.
If you can, have your marriage registered. If you cannot, it will not affect any seperation or divorce proceeding that you may initiate, provided you are able to prove the marriage by other documents like photographs etc.
