my child custody
I am taking divorce from my husband and not staying with him, I am having 5.2 yrs girl which was with me , but last month he came snached and took away my baby.Now I came to know that my husband has gone out of India and child is staying with Grandpa's, which is easy step to get my child.
Can I get child custody without my husband or till my husband comes can i get letter from court to collect my child

Yes, you can go and bring your child; if you get an order from the court, you may even get police help to recover the child.

your husband had no right to snatch away the baby from you and if he was interested in the custody, he could have filed a petition for child custody. you are well within your rights to get your child from her grandparents and for this purpose, you may file a petition for custody and also move an application for grant of custody of the girl till pendency of the case...you may call me at 9811284735 for further clarifications.
