child custody

my wife and me are seprated for 8 months and my 11 year old son is with her.how can i get child custody.i am also giving maintainainence of rs.5000 to her.i want my child.

You should file an application in the court seeking visitation rights.

If you are separated without any litigation, you may straightway visit the house where your wife and living and meet your children.

Proper advice can be given to you only if you write full details of your married life about reasons of separation etc.
