Since you already have a child, and looking to secure the future of your child, a reconciliatory adjustment and compromise with your husband is more important and advisable than you taking an immature foolish decision following those wrongly guiding you and jumping to the ultimate step - divorce. Ask those very advisors, how many of them have had a divorce themselves, that they are encouraging you to take divorce and to ruin your married life.

Lata: Mr. Chavan has rightly advised. An effort should be made to reconcile and live together in the interest of your young married life and the small kid.

However, the maintenance amount will depend upon your husband's income and his standard of living at the time of separation.
