regarding, child, maintenance,, dowry articles, settlement amount
I know he will not be able to give back any maintenance, dowry articles or any settlement amount bcoz he is financially very weak, from last 2 years of our sepration he has contributed nothing for me nor our son, and i m not expecting anything from him in future too. My only concern is my Son, i want full custody to my side.

you can get custody of your son but it cannot be a full custody and cannot restrain the father from meeting his own son being his natural guardian. visitation rights would be granted to him.
