Legal Question in Family Law in India

Child religion

We are a muslim couple, my wife is shia muslim and I am sunni muslim. Me and my wife have mutually decided for seperation being a father I want my children to follow sunni norms till they become major when they can take their own decision. Please advice what is possiblity. Also let me know in case the children stay with mother.

You may take a family decision; there may not be any law involved in what you may decide.

you can decide it in the consent terms if any for mutual separation or amicably decide the matter.
