If the children are in India, the amount you have mentioned should ordinarility be sufficient;

however, much will depend upon your total income in Canada;

as per Hindu Law, the wife is entitled to live as per husband's status and standardard of living; thereofre, more than the children you should be worried to provide adequate maintenance for your wife for which she can approach the court in India;
