i m mehulsurti,surat,gujarat-INDIA
my wife went to his father's house with my child on 30th dec 2003. and then her parents did now allow to talk to her and my kid, i went to them to meet on 30 th jan'03, they , closed the dooors and then open it , i went inside
they shouted on me and they told very bas words to me and my family and about our cast, we are from seduled cast in india.
then on 18 th feb ,the filed a case for divorced,the reasons and penal codes and laws- crualty and live in adultry... we are simple people and i m musician and my father is doctor my mother is teacher we are extreamly depessed that they cheat us . still we can not meet our kid and they can not allow,we are affraid that if we will go to meet our kid they will agin do faulse cases on us.they are demanind only divocred, and they are not ready to give our kid,pls help us to get our kids custody,they are crual and feeling less brahimns people. pls help us. we need our kid back from their. pls help us , give us a right way to get our kid's custody

Instead of going for divrce at the first instance you could have prosecuted them under Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities)Act. So that they could have come to your terms. By the by age and gender of your child are important factors which you have not mentioned and are requre for getting the custody of your child
