childs custedy

i am a hindu & father of my own ten year old christian boy . i was living with my in laws as i was forced by my wife who is also a christian . their(my wife & my child ) christianity was announced by me under pressure of my in laws.my wife turned me out of their home & i am more qualified then my wife & have more property i want a family re union or my childs custedy where as my wife who currently has our child is not ready for family reunion or letting me meet my child.

In view of the attitude of your wife, a family reunion may not be possible.

However, you being the natural father, can of course successfully apply to court for custody of the child and/or visitation rights as desired by you.

You may file application for the custody of the minor by complying the requirement of the prevailing law. The paramount consideration to the court will be the welfare of the minor. It is immaterial whether the child is willing to go or not. For further query contect me or any lawyer

you may approach court and can seek custody of the child.you are natural guardian of child.
