christian divorce
if a person is Christian and married here in India as per christian rites. Then husband graduated in Canada and settle there with his wife. He and his wife are Canadian citizens and now shifted to the US. They both are holding green card and now decided to get divorce.
They are christian can they get divorce?
Where they can divorce? In India? Canada or USA?

since they are citizens of Canada and permanet residents of USA, they can seek divorce in USA by mutual consent.

The parties can file divorce in :-
1] India under the Christian Marriage & Divorce Act as the place of of marriage.
or
2] America where they are currently residing and are citizen.

they can file in india only if they are domiciled here at teh time of filing the petition they can file in Canada or Us
