Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi i am a christian by religion in india and we had a customary divorce by signing the divorce agreement by the notary. Can i file a suit for divorce declaration as per the family court act 1984 u/s 7(1)b? my x wife is not co operating now she is against me.

you may approach the court and she may be estopped from denying the divorce already pronounced on customary grounds.
