Legal Question in Family Law in India
One citizen of India, belong to Hindu Family, married 4 years ago after one year his wife left in laws home and now do not want to come back in laws house neither she file divorce petition nor want maintenance from him. Can he file divorce petition against her wife.

dear client he can file divorce petition on the ground of desertion. but it is difficult in India to get divorce for man. so first file petition for restitution of conjugal rights under sec of Hindu marriage act. if wife don't come back after order of court, then file divorce petition. then he will get easily divorce. for any legal doubt call me on 9422611385
