Legal Question in Family Law in India

CJM Court granted interim maintenance/house rent etc to me under DV Act 2005 .Husband has shown his inability to pay and have made an appeal. How these maintainence orders are to be implemented upon my husband who is living in Australia because as pers per jurisdiction of this act such order made shall be enforceable throughout India?pls advice

domestic violence is also an offence in austrlia and you may execute the order of the court through MEA or indian consulate there.
