in case the divorce was granted by mutual consent and alimony decided, now it cannot be claimed but if it was a unilateral divorce, you may.

Here comes the question as to how you took the Divorce. if it was a Mutual then you cant. But if it was contested then yes you can ask the Court for the enhancement.
