Clarification

last 8 months my wife was not staying with me so that i sent one legal note in this note mainly i focused whether u joined my family or not for this thing she replyed one more note in this note she mentioned ''marriage was not consumed and am not able to conduct sexual intercourse either because he is physically unable todo so for. But i didn't replay any thing. because i know that physically things. Now she sent court order under dvc to attending the court. my clarification if i can attend the court what is my further action please let me know in this court what type of question they will ask please let me know my further action

if she has sent you the petition under DV act, you need to file the reply of the same. consult a good lawyer for the same purpose. as far as consummation of marriage is concerned, you may declare the marriage as null and void on the grounds of her wilful refusal to consummate the same.

If the marriage was not consummated, you should not contest divorce; let it happen; you should carefully examine your financial liability towards your wife and prepare yourself for a settlement. You may have to pay either monthly maintenance or a lump sum amount for one time settlement.
