Legal Question in Family Law in India

one of my very close relative[woman] is living in her husband's house since her marriage with her husband, in-laws &her;only daughter.After few yrs she wanted to separate from her inlaws. As her husband is the only child he did not accept it. Since then this woman tried hard to find another gentleman & in this project she is supported by her parents. Right now she found one widower who has an adolescent son & close to herhusband.In a short she is in an extra marital relationship. The boy is suffering from mental trauma.How this problem can be solved? In this case two innocent adolescent children are concerned.
