What are the coditions posted to person in high court for giving anticipatory bail in 498a and how about the issue with passport,shall i need to file divorce immediately when i get my ab and how about maintenance claim by my wife , now i had resigned my previos job and she doesnt know where iam working at present nor my adress

the conditions would depend upon the circumstances of the case and you need not file a divorce petition immediately on getting ab.
