compensation.
My wife need compensation from me after seperation. I am unemployed now. But i have a small house and 40 cents of land. My children are living with her. How can i settle this. could i ask about instructions from court

try to bring her and the children back home; poverty is a big uniting factor;
offer her the house and the land for the children;
try to seek a job and make provision for the family.
it is your duty and responsibility. make efforts. you will be able to find a solution.
avoid court proceedings. try for an out of the court amicable settlement.
