Legal Question in Family Law in India
Can a complainant of an application U/S 12, 19, 20 & 22 of The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 (43 of 2005) opt for an on site job requirement of a company? If so, should she inform the Court of Law prior to her leaving the country or not?

if information about the complainant being in job has already been incorporated then merely an on site assignment need not be mentioned. But if the complaint does not have the particulars at all of the job of the complainant then to begin with the same is concealment of fact and sooner the facts are informed to the court better it is.
