Legal Question in Family Law in India

A compromise held between husband and wife families that they will live in a rent house.But now Wife family told the husband that they want to write on a stamp paper with the help of lawyer that husband will not left his wife in future.

I want to ask one thing if husband will left her wife without informing her for any kind of work then is their any legal step which wife family will take against husband...?If husband sign the stamp paper that he will live in a rent house for future.

Husband want divorce that why he want to take that step.

even if husband writes that he would not leave the wife, it is not binding upon him. it is better to sort it out mutually.
