Can compromise be made within relatives and family members after 498a and i got ab in high court ,get the concern of wife for quashing without going to police station?

yes

for quashing you need not go to PS, the high court alone has the power

once the compromise is done, the prayer may be made to the high court for quashing the f.i.r. quashing has to be done through HC.
