what are conditions for mutual divorceI

i have knowledge that one year of marrige should be there. And now i came to know minimum sepration period is also one year means husband and wife live seprate for one year only then mutual petition can be filed for divorce its true or not.

MY MARRIAGE WAS ON MARCH 15 2010 MY WIFE. LEAVES MY HOME ON JULY 2010.

WHEN WE CAN FILE FOR MUTUAL DIVORCE

sorry! it can be filed only after 15th July 2011. One year seperation is also required before 13(1)B could be used.
