i got married on sep 2007 my wife left my house on jan showing pregnancy as reason and her intension is to take me over to her native place permenantly i invited her to perform a rituall cermony at the time of pregnancy she refused to come showing her health as reason then i approched a advocate and sent a notice to come and live with me after the notice she replyed a letter to me that she is willing to come back to my house after some period baby was born . a month before she delivered a lovely baby i went to see her in hospital she refused to speak to me in the mean time i have gone to meet her in her parents house and contacted her in phone at that time she talked to me with out intrest , i have lot of ritualls to be performed as per my family tradition in this month for my new born baby & want to live with my lovely baby & Wife kindly advise me . her family members supporting her intention to take me over to her native place but i am in a situation cannot live my native place she act in her letter as willing to live with me and in front of others but insisting me to come to her parents house till she come to my house with out defenet period of her comming to my house.

It seems to me that this matter can be resolved amicably with the help of elders in the family.

Otherwise, legal way will always be there.

it is beginning of your married life; you have committed a gross mistake in sending her legal notice.

you are advised to go to her, tender unconditional apologies for your misbehaviour, do not stand on ceremonies; do not attach much importance to these rituals; try to change your behaviour and win her trust and confidence.

you are at verge of loosing your wife and the child,if you continue with your present behaviour.
