Re: congugal rights
If you force her to travel and if it affects your child then who will be responsible.I don't think the court will allow such application.
Re: congugal rights
You are cruel man.
Please note that this is a very sensitive situation.
You are having a social problem not a legal problem.
Settle the matter amicably with help of your family or friends.
Re: congugal rights
Sir, you have a right to ask for restitution of conjugal life but don't make it an issue. You may not suceed since child's interest, which is yet to be born, shall come to be of paramount importance if shown to be the reason for her not joining the matrimonial home.
Re: congugal rights
Sir do not make it this as a legal issue. It can be solved through amicable with understanding.

Re: congugal rights
for God sake, please try to learn the language of LOVE and not that of LAW to deal with such a delicate situation.
you are going to be a MAN being father of a child for the first time. you should be excited and happy about the newly born instead of inviting trouble and spending days behind the bars; yes, your thinking pattern is dangerously close to landing you in trouble.
what you are thinking is extremely extremely CRUEL for your wife; and if she comes to know of your mind and decide to take revenge, you can surely face criminal prosecution.
PLEASE BEWARE AND MEND YOUR WAYS.
