arranged marriage under hindu law.
from day one husband was beating and harrassing the entire family of her mentally and this cost the elderly parent loose their mental and physical balance.the is fighting for conjugal right. but husband is opting for diverse .reply needed.

From your query, I am unable to understand who is fighting for conjugal right. If the husband is fighting for conjugal than you can oppose as your life is unsafe because husband is giving you harrassment and beating. If you are fighting for conjugal right than I suggesting you please donot fight the conjugal right till your husband reform himself. For furhter query contect me or any lawyer

once you know that the man is not worth living, why you want conjugal rights?
better to agree for divorce by mutual consent on terms like division of property or return of stridhan and permanent onetime or regularly alimony amount.
